Tomarukun is a lightweight vehicle interception device specifically designed for low-speed scenarios such as municipal road construction and road maintenance, combining high-visibility warning with physical interception functions.

The main body is manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, weighing only 25kg. With built-in mobility wheels and a foldable structure, a single person can easily handle transport, deployment, and storage. When folded, the volume is reduced by nearly two-thirds (height decreases from 1080mm to 365mm), making transport and storage highly convenient.

High-visibility engineering yellow provides long-distance visual warning, alerting oncoming vehicles to slow down in advance. When a vehicle loses control and strikes the device, the internal lever mechanism lifts the front wheels, redirecting horizontal impact force vertically into the ground, while the bottom rubber pad brakes through high-strength friction energy dissipation—achieving a stopping distance of only 8.7 meters at 60km/h and only 3.0 meters at 40km/h.

An optional LED indicator board is available for nighttime and low-visibility conditions, providing round-the-clock safety protection for construction personnel and passing vehicles.
