The mobile vehicle barrier has been tested in Japan. The figure below shows a 4-ton car hitting our device at 60 kilometers per hour, and the car was forced to stop 8.7 meters from the impact point.


Stopping Principle

When a vehicle collides with the device, its internal lever mechanism converts the vehicle's forward impact force into an upward lifting force, raising the front of the vehicle.

This process works as follows:

  1. Dissipates Energy: The impact force is directed into the ground, dissipating most of the energy.
