* The PP4-72 series polypropylene centrifugal fan is constructed using polypropylene (PP) plates, heat-pressed and welded, referencing the performance parameters of the metal 4-72 series. ·
* It is widely used in industries such as scientific research, chemical, metallurgy, electronics, Clean process, textiles, instrumentation, electroplating, mining, schools, hotels, laboratories, and environmental protection equipment for ventilation and exhaust of acidic/alkaline corrosive gases. It cannot be used for aromatic compounds, fatty acids, or halogenated hydrocarbons.
The fan is constructed entirely of polypropylene (PP), offering excellent resistance to chemical corrosion. The PP material is lightweight, rigid, and non-degrading, ensuring long-term durability in harsh environments.
The direct-drive design features a single-speed motor, ensuring simple structure, low vibration, and stable operation.
· High Chemical Resistance: Polypropylene construction provides excellent resistance to most acids, alkalies, and corrosive gases.
· Lightweight & Durable: PP material offers a low specific gravity, reducing the need for heavy support structures.
· Stable Performance: The design ensures low mechanical vibration and noise, with smooth, reliable operation.
The fan consists of a PP scroll casing, impeller, direct-drive motor, and mounting base. The inlet and outlet are designed for standard duct connections.
The series includes models from 2.8A to 8A, with power ranging from 0.75kW to 7.5kW and speeds from 960r/min to 1450r/min.
