* These pipeline diagonal flow ventilation fans are made of high-quality carbon steel sheet; all impellers go through strict static & dynamic balance correction, delivering superior aerodynamic efficiency, medium pressure and low running noise. ·
* The fan casing adopts integrated tapered fixed welding structure with integral base bracket, specially designed for direct pipeline inline installation without extra duct transition. ·
* Curved smooth inlet ensures uniform airflow into impeller to improve overall ventilation efficiency.
With compact inline structure, moderate pressure, wide performance range and low noise, GXF diagonal flow fans are ideal equipment for pipeline air boosting, air supply and exhaust ventilation, widely used in industrial & mining enterprises, hotels, museums, stadiums, high-rise and conventional civil buildings.
Standard GXF series matches ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor; explosion-proof variant (B - GXF) with flameproof YB motor is optional for flammable gas pipeline ventilation; F - GXF stainless steel version is available for weakly corrosive flue gas delivery.
Standard GXF diagonal fan is applicable to deliver clean non-corrosive ambient air. Equipped with explosion-proof motor, B - GXF fan can handle volatile combustible gas exhausting. The conveyed medium should be free of sticky substances and bulky grit, solid impurity & dust content ≤100mg/m³, operating medium temperature ranging from -20℃ to 50℃.
B - GXF explosion-proof and F - GXF anti-corrosion fans retain identical airflow parameters, overall dimension and installation size as standard carbon steel GXF fan, only motor or shell material is modified accordingly.
GXF series includes S(low-speed) and F(high-speed) types with different rotation speeds to adjust flow and pressure.
