* These energy-saving mixed flow ventilators are fabricated from premium carbon steel plate; all impellers pass strict static & dynamic balance calibration, with outstanding aerodynamic efficiency, compact volume and lightweight body. ·
* Two structural types available: HL3-2A (cylindrical round flange casing for pipeline inline installation), HLF-6 (square cabinet casing with rectangular flange for duct matching). ·
* Optimized internal runner ensures smooth airflow into impeller to cut wind resistance and reduce operating noise.
Featured by compact structure, small footprint, high static pressure, big air volume, energy efficiency and low noise, this mixed flow fan can replace low & medium pressure centrifugal fans below 2000Pa. Widely applied for ventilation, air exchange and dust removal in industrial plants, commercial & civil construction projects.
Standard configuration is 380V three-phase general asynchronous motor; explosion-proof variant (B-HL3/B - HLF) equipped with YB flameproof motor and SUS304 stainless steel customized version are optional for corrosive or flammable waste gas exhausting as required.
Standard HL3-2A & HLF-6 fan is suitable for conveying clean, non-corrosive and non-explosive harmless air. With explosion-proof motor, the explosion-proof model can exhaust volatile combustible gas. The transported medium cannot contain sticky substance and coarse granular dust, dust impurity ≤150mg/m³ and medium operating temperature ≤80℃.
Explosion-proof B-type and anti-corrosion F-type mixed flow fans share identical airflow parameters, performance data and installation dimension with standard carbon steel HL3-2A/HLF-6 fan, only driving motor or shell material is modified.
Each model from No.5~No.9 supports multiple speed options to adjust flow and total pressure for different pipeline resistance.
