* The fan casing adopts integrated thick steel welding construction to withstand high wind load; three optional outlet installation angles (0°/90°/180°) for flexible on-site pipeline layout matching. ·
* Optimized internal flow channel effectively reduces airflow loss and improves overall pressure efficiency for forced air supply and granular material pneumatic conveying.
With ultra-high static pressure and sturdy compact structure, 9-14 series fans are specially developed for forced ventilation of smelting furnaces and pneumatic raw material transportation in various processing industries.
Standard model is equipped with Y-series three-phase asynchronous motor (11kW / 15kW optional); explosion-proof B-9-14 variant fitted with YB flameproof motor is available on request for flammable medium conveying working conditions.
Standard 9-14 fan is applicable to deliver non-corrosive, non-self-ignition harmless clean air; explosion-proof version can transport slightly combustible granular gas. Conveyed medium must be free of sticky substance, dust and hard particulate impurity ≤150mg/m³, medium operating temperature ≤80℃.
Explosion-proof B-9-14 keeps identical airflow parameters, overall dimension and foundation mounting size with standard carbon steel 9-14 fan, only the driving motor is replaced to explosion-proof specification.
For 6.3A model running at 2930r/min, one configuration comes with 11kW Y160M1-2 motor, delivering air volume between 2167 and 3667 cubic meters per hour under total pressure ranging from 7533Pa to 8213Pa; the other option adopts 15kW Y160M2-2 motor, with airflow of 3734~5500m³/h and total pressure from 4767Pa up to 7467Pa.
