Description

SDJ two stage (twin screw/single screw) extruder unit.

Structure mode: the 1st stage is TSB/TSH high speed co-rotation twin screw compounding extruder, the second stage is SE series low speed single screw extruder, both are T-shape distributed, forming a two stage compound unit.

Principle and application:

  • Combine and complement the advantages of co-rotation twin screw and single screw. Twin screw force conveying, high efficiency plastify compounding and shear dispersion, and back pressure reflux without die head avoid high temperature shear overheating; Single screw high pressure extrusion, but low speed shear also avoid overheating contradiction.
  • l The combination of twin screw and single screw resolves the process engineering function, increases the variable of independent operation. It is beneficial to the step by step optimization of all process engineering.
  • l Higher efficiency and output.
  • l It is widely used for the thermal sensitive material system and high capacity devolatilization, such as PVC, XLPE, HFFR cable, shielding cable, shoe sole foaming material and the treatment after rubber dehydration, etc.
