By combining filter mesh technique and plastic injection, molded plastic filters/screens are made for different industries in need of liquid filtration. 2. How Plastic Filters be made

Molded Plastic filters are made by injection with synthetic and metallic meshes, meshes are pre-fabricated into different shapes, sizes and put the fabricated mesh parts into mold cavity and injection machine closes and molten plastic will flow into cavity and cover filter mesh/screen and hardened plastic will be firmly connected with screen/filter.

3. What Plastic Polymer is used for automotive filtration

Automotive filtration, PA66 is usually required due to its chemical stability and physical properties in resisting high temperature, abrasion. Other plastic polymers are also used to make filters for automotive filtration
