This product line represents a versatile range of high-quality Semi-Dull nylon filament yarns, available in both Nylon 6 and Nylon 66 polymer types. • Polymer Types (Nylon 6 & Nylon 66): We offer both major nylon types. Nylon 6 is known for its excellent dyeability, toughness, and good balance of properties. Nylon 66 provides a higher melting point, superior tensile strength, and better resistance to abrasion and heat, making it ideal for more demanding technical applications.

• Custom Denier and Filament Count: This is the core of our flexibility. The denier determines the yarn's thickness and overall strength, while the filament count (the number of fine individual threads within the yarn) directly influences the hand feel, flexibility, and coverage. A lower filament count creates a stronger, more rigid yarn, while a higher filament count results in a softer, more pliable, and fabric-like feel.
