FEISPARTIC F520(Equivalent/alternative to Desmophen® NH 1520) is a solvent-free aminofunctional co-reactant for polyisocyanates.

Property

• Solvent-free with low viscosity, long pot life. For the formulation of high-solid or solvent-free coatings.
• The coating film has excellent fullness, leveling performance and high gloss. Has excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance and other properties. High hardness up to 2H and excellent abrasive resistance.
• Excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC and other plastics and a variety of metals.
• Has excellent compatibility with most of hydroxy acrylic resin and cab.

Applications

• Can be used for automobile paint field, it can obviously improve the fullness, gloss and hardness.
• Can be used for industrial paint and wood paint, especially recommend for high hardness and high wear resistance occasions.
• It is used to make anti-corrosion coatings for steel structure, oil pipeline and other light or heavy anti-corrosion fields.
• Can be used to make styrene foam landscape paint.
• Can be used for wind blade coating field, such as gel coat, putty and topcoat.
• High solid content, low viscosity, good wettability and compatibility. It is widely used for grinding high consistency color paste, especially in the field of automotive repair paint.

Shelf Life

FEISPARTIC F520 must be stored in airtight containers to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperature is below 40°C (≤104°F). The shelf life of FEISPARTIC F520 in the closed original container is 12 months.

Notice

• FEISPARTIC F520 is combustible and should be stored at the temperature below 40 ℃. It should be kept away from fire source and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment. The storage period is 12 months.
• The coating formulated with FEISPARTIC F520 should be tested for performance after one week’s maintenance.

Feiyang’s 26,000-Ton Polyaspartic Resin Expansion Project Completed

In July 2023, Feiyang launched the design and construction of a new 26,000-ton polyaspartic materials project. Upon full operation, the project will raise Feiyang’s total resin production capacity to 46,000 tons. It has significantly upgraded the original polyaspartic resin production process by establishing a fully automated production line that integrates raw material storage, manufacturing, and packaging. As a result, labor requirements have been reduced by 50%, while output per employee has doubled. In addition, the upgraded production line now enables the direct production of high-purity bio-based polyaspartic polyurea resin.
