Feiyang PA(Feiyang PA resin and developed PA resin) Traditional polyurethane(Hydroxide)
Eco-friendly, high construct solid content 70~100% Low eco-friendly, construct solid content 30~40%.
Quick dry, especially quick react under low temperature, one-time film forming (highest 400μm), improve production efficiency. Low react speed, hard to cure under low temperature, one-time film forming is insufficient, and low production efficiency.
Good color stable and anti-QUV, priors to traditional polyurethane. QUV can reach 4000h highest. Standard color stable and anti-QUV performance. Polyurethane QUV is usually 600-800h.
Excellent mechanic performance, elastic material. Bad mechanic performance, elastic material.
Anti-abrasion and anti-impact performance priors to polyurethane.
