Description

TFT LCD is a technology widely used in monitors and TVs, and its full name is Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display. It is a liquid crystal display technology that controls the brightness of the backlight through changes in the electric field of liquid crystal molecules to display images and text.

LCD screens are made up of many pixels, each of which consists of a thin film transistor (TFT) and a liquid crystal cell. TFT is a switch that can control the transparency of the liquid crystal cell by changing the voltage. When the electric field is changed, the liquid crystal cell twists and redirects the light passing through it, thereby controlling the amount and color of light passing through the pixels to form an image.
