Provide the power and pressure required for bottle blowing.
High-pressure air pump/air booster: generate high-pressure air (typically 25-40 bar) required for blow molding.
Low-pressure air pump: provide air source for pre-blowing (lower pressure to make the preform expand initially) and machine action.
Air storage tank: store high-pressure gas to ensure stable air pressure during blowing.
Precise pressure regulating valve: Precise control of gas pressure in different stages such as pre-blowing and high-pressure blowing.
Solenoid valve: it controls the on-off and direction of the air circuit and is the core actuator of the automatic action.
Hydraulic pump station: provide power for the clamping mechanism(some models use pneumatic clamping, and there is no hydraulic system).Oil cylinder: open and close the die.
Seal ring/oil seal: it is located in the cylinder, oil cylinder, valve and other parts to prevent leakage of gas and hydraulic oil. It is a common vulnerable part.
