This is the basis of all pneumatic systems and is essential for the bottle blowing machine because the air is in direct contact with the bottle blank.
AIR COMPRESSOR: produces the compressed air required for the entire plant or bottle blower (normally low pressure section, e.g. 6-8 bar).
Air storage tank: used to stabilize air pressure, reduce pulsation of air compressor and act as emergency air source.
Air drier (refrigerating type or adsorption type): remove the water in the compressed air to prevent ice or water accumulation
in the air circuit and valve, which will affect the action and product quality.
Main line filter: remove large particle impurities, oil stain and water in the compressed air. Generally divided into:
Three-stage filter: coarse filtration (degreasing water), fine filtration (fine dust removal) and activated carbon filtration (degreasing steam).
Pneumatic triplet: it is common at the inlet of each air circuit of the bottle blower and is a combination of three elements:
Filter: secondary fine filtration of air.
Pressure regulating valve: adjust and stabilize the air pressure to the working pressure required by the equipment.
Oil atomizer: atomize the lubricating oil and inject air to lubricate the actuating elements such as the cylinder
(the use of modern oil-free lubrication cylinder has been gradually reduced).
