1. This product is a chemical special supporting solenoid valve, using piston pilot structure, super large pilot hole, no scaling, no rust, quick opening and closing, reliable performance.
2. The valve body and valve cover are made of 304 stainless steel, which has strong rigidity and corrosion resistance.
3. The valve stem is a polytetrafluoroethylene composite structure, which takes advantage of the corrosion resistance, self-lubrication and low friction coefficient of polytetrafluoroethylene to ensure normal operation of the valve stem even in the case of long-term non-use.
4, the valve core is polytetrafluoroethylene material, corrosion resistant.
5. Stainless steel spring and electromagnetic iron moving core are placed in an enclosed cavity, separated from the fluid medium, with dustproof and avoid the influence of complex environment.

CPVC
CPVC is a high molecular material with higher chlorine content, produced by chlorinating PVC molecules again. Its average chlorine content reaches 74%. Due to the increased chlorine content, it demonstrates significantly better temperature resistance, acid/alkali resistance, and mechanical strength compared to UPVC. Additionally, it features a higher ignition point, low smoke emission, lower electrical conductivity, and superior wear resistance. These characteristics make it the optimal material for industrial pipe fittings and valves.
PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene)
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known as "Plastic King", is a polymer compound formed through the polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. It exhibits excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing properties, high lubricity and non-stick characteristics, electrical insulation, and outstanding aging resistance. PTFE remains virtually unaffected by most chemical reagents. For instance, it maintains its weight and performance even when boiled in concentrated sulfuric acid (98%), nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, or even boiling water, while being insoluble in nearly all solvents.
