Heavy Duty Electric Pinch Valve for Abrasive Slurry Anti-Clogging Handling

The VESON Heavy Duty Electric Pinch Valve is engineered specifically for abrasive slurry, mining tailings, and chemical sludge applications where conventional valves suffer from clogging and rapid wear. The full-bore straight-through design ensures unobstructed flow with zero dead zones, while the replaceable reinforced rubber sleeve provides exceptional abrasion resistance and extended service life.

Why Pinch Valve Technology

  • No Internal Obstructions: Full-bore passage eliminates clogging, a critical advantage over ball, gate, and globe valves in slurry service
  • Replaceable Sleeve: The only wetted part is the rubber sleeve, which can be replaced in minutes without removing the valve body from the pipeline
  • Bubble-Tight Shutoff: Even with entrained solids, the rubber sleeve closes around particles for zero-leakage sealing
  • Electric Actuation: Precise 4-20mA or Modbus control with programmable position limits for automated process integration
