20kW Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Generator

This 20kW axial flux permanent magnet generator features a slim disc rotor structure that fits directly onto the turbine shaft of micro hydro stations. The axial flux design shortens the magnetic path and increases power density, making the generator lightweight and easy to install in restricted spaces.

The generator produces 380V 50Hz three phase power at 200rpm and operates with 93% efficiency. As a permanent magnetic generator with no field windings, it keeps stable output voltage across variable water flow conditions, protecting downstream inverter equipment.
