Production introduction
The dimensions of the NSS type wedge type one-way clutch are the same as those of the 62 series deep groove ball bearings (CSK40).
It is a combination of a deep groove ball bearing and a sprag clutch, which has been filled with grease.
The seal can prevent dust above 0.3mm from entering the interior. The transmission of torque is in the form of interference fit. The outer ring is pressed with a rigid enough frame with N6 tolerance, and the inner ring is pressed with the outer diameter of the working shaft.
When installing, pay attention not to knock the inner ring to press the outer ring into the frame, and not to knock the outer ring to press the inner ring to squeeze into the outer diameter of the shaft. The transmission torque is small (7.4~260N.m), and the limit speed is high.
Widely used in printing machinery, packaging machinery, food machinery, electric drum, reducer and testing equipment, etc.
