The GE IS200VVIBH1CAB is a Vibration Monitor Board in the Mark VI turbine control system, processing signals from up to 26 vibration probes to monitor turbine health. Compatible with Bently Nevada probes (proximity, velocity, acceleration, seismic, phase), it digitizes vibration data and transmits it to the controller via the VME bus.
Operating in simplex or TMR modes, it supplies -28V DC to probes regulated to -23 to -26V DC with short-circuit protection and uses a diode high-select circuit in TMR for redundancy. It samples signals at up to 4600 samples/second, calculating peak-to-peak values for displacement/velocity in engineering units. Part of GE’s Speedtronic technology, it integrates with Mark VI’s TMR architecture for reliable turbine control.
