Foxboro FBM217 32-Channel Isolated Digital Input Module
The Foxboro FBM217 is a 32‑channel discrete input module for the Foxboro I/A Series Distributed Control System (DCS). Designed for rugged industrial environments, it reliably interfaces with field devices such as switches and sensors, converting voltage or contact signals into a format that the control system can process. Each channel is electrically isolated (1500 VRMS) to prevent interference, and the module supports both DIN‑rail and panel mounting. With a wide operating temperature range (–40°C to +85°C) and redundant 2 Mbps Fieldbus communication, the FBM217 delivers fast, accurate signal transmission for demanding process control applications.
