Z30S Petrochina PP Plastic Granules Fiber Grade Polypropylene Resin for Non-woven Fabrics

PetroChina Z30S is a high-flow polypropylene homopolymer resin. Supplied in white translucent pellet form, it is specially designed for high-speed fiber spinning and non-woven fabric manufacturing. Boasting a melt flow rate (MFR) of 18–32 g/10 min and a melting point ranging from 164°C to 170°C, this material offers exceptional fluidity, low ash content, and strong resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.


Applications:Z30S sees extensive application in medical and hygiene articles including surgical gowns and diapers, textile products such as BCF carpet yarns and staple fibers, as well as industrial safety supplies like seat belts and heavy-duty straps.
