Z30S Petrochina PP Plastic Granules Polypropylene Homopolymer Resin for Non-woven Fabrics

(PetroChina Z30S is a specialized high-flow homopolymer polypropylene resin manufactured for high-speed fiber spinning and non-woven fabric production. Presented as white translucent pellets, it possesses a melt flow rate (MFR) of 18–32 g/10 min and a melting point ranging 164°C–170°C. Key attributes include excellent melt fluidity, low ash content, and strong chemical stability against acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.


Applications:

For medical and hygiene products like surgical gowns and diapers, textiles such as BCF carpet yarns and staple fibers, and industrial safety equipment including seat belts and heavy-duty straps, Z30S serves as a widely used material.
