Description:

STC plastic crusher has been specially developed for recycled materials that are not so easy to grind and are 3 to 30 mm thick.
Housing: The main housing of the crusher is precision-machined with a robust welding structure. This type of crusher is characterized by thick walls, high strength, good wear resistance, no contamination and a long service life. The capital letter can easily be opened and repaired by the hydraulic system.

Features:

1. The whole machine adopts high hardness steel template . with solid and durable .

2. Shaft made of special material processing like SKD-11, D2 or H13 , it is hard to deformed .

3. Cutter can be adjusted independently ,also can be sharpened with repeated use .

4. Feeding hopper ,cutter ,and filter can e separated with easy disassembling and cleaning .

5. Motor is installed with overload protection and safe switches for assuring safety .

6. Discharging hole technology of cone production network , greatly enhancing efficiency .
