Heavy Duty PP/PE Pallets Washing Machine with D2 Blades Crusher

Description:

This PP/PE pallets washing machine is suitable for many kinds of soft plastic materials, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film, bags, woven bag materials, etc...Final size can meet 8-16mm. The capacity ranges from 300kg/h to 3000kg/h.
Our machines are simple and easy to operate, saving labor costs. The recovery rate is relatively higher than that of its peers.
Crushers in all our machine line, we use D2 blades, not SKD-11.
All parts connect with water, we use SUS304.

Process flow:

♦ Conveyor belt: transport of contaminated plastic to the crusher. If there is too much debris, a metal detector will be needed;

♦ Crusher: can crush with water, cut plastic debris into small pieces;

♦ Friction washing machine: seperate sand, dirt and loading material;

♦ Wash tank: separate sand, dirt and other impurities;

♦ De-watering machine: remove water from the material;

♦ Silo: temporary storage of flakes.
