OEM Plastic PP PE Washing Recycling Machine Bottle Crushing Washing Drying Line

HDPE Washing Line Production process:

Belt Conveyor → Crusher → Friction Washer → Hot Floating Washing Tank → Cold Floating Washing Tank → Friction Washer → Dewatering Machine → Zig-zag label blower → Sio.

According to the actual situation of the raw materials and the needs of customers, we will adjust the configuration plan appropriately.

Take 1000kg/h as an example:

1. Raw material: PP PE Bottles, PP hard material.

2. Finished product: clean PP PE flakes about 12-16mm

3. Power supply: 440V,3phases, 50HZ(made by customer requirement)

4. Workers needed: 3-4 workers per shift

5. Electricity consumption: 140KW, actually needs 70-80%

6. Water needed: about 3-5t/h
