What is Gate Valve?

The Gate Valve is a shut-off valve that uses a vertically raised gate to fully open or close the pipeline fluid.

• Pressure level: PN20 (≈Class 150), medium and low pressure valve, suitable for conventional industrial and civil systems.
• Flexible size: standard caliber ½"~2" (DN20-DN63), support size customization, adapt to non-standard pipeline requirements.

Functions

• Fluid cutoff: dedicated to full open/full closed control of pipeline media (not suitable for flow regulation).
• Low flow resistance design: the channel is straight when fully open, and the fluid resistance is extremely small.
• Bidirectional sealing: supports forward/reverse installation and blocks the bidirectional flow of media.

Application

• Building pipelines:
• Hot and cold water systems, fire protection pipelines (low-pressure end), HVAC water circulation.
• Industrial equipment:
• Compressor air pipelines, low-pressure oil lines, general industrial water treatment systems.
