5-In house printing, cutting, quality checking etc.
6-Quality Checking, we'll send bulk order photo for approval before delivery, or you can send QC agent to our factory.
7-Order release for shipping after receive balance.
8-Any issue, please address us within two weeks after receive package. We'll invest and consult with you for solution. If QUANTONG's responsibility, we'll replace them for a discount or free within 7~10 days.

FAQ

1.What are the minimum orders for branded product?
We have low minimum orders for products:
For bigger size the MOQ is 10,000 - 30,000PCS / each design;
For smaller size the MOQ is 30,000 - 50,000 PCS / each design.

2.What is the expected delivery time?
Once final artwork is signed off and sales order is signed ,our compamy will provide an approximate delivery time frame. Normal delivery is 15 days for repeat orders and 20 days for new orders.

3. We don’t know if your recommended product will meet my needs. Can we request a custom sample?
Yes. You can request one or two handmade, custom sample to confirm size and quality.
