Our kraft paper compostable packaging bags are adopt digital printing, rotogravure printing and CTP printing, but for the Kraft paper, we are suggest to use CTP printing.

For the kraft paper compostable packaging bags, we have updated our tech as we can solve below problems which we met before on kraft paper surface printing pouches.

1. By digital printing, even though the printing is nice, while price is high, and on the seal area , specially on zipper, bottom seal area,
as the digital ink could not bear high temp, these area may burn, specially for deep color. many customer will not accept it or have to adjust the designs.

2. By gravure, printing on surface will has spots, the printing will not look nice, and if the colors are lot, the alignment of design is not easily to control.

3. By flexio, the MOQ is very high as well as plate cost and we need adjust the size depends on the plates.

So, to solve above problems, and help you to get more orders on compostable pouch, or other standard kraft paper bag, which no need add MOPP on surface,
now, we can make very beautiful kraft paper by our CTP printing, it has below adventages,

1. No need plate cost.

2. MOQ is only 3000pcs. (we can make even 1000pcs case by case) It is suitable for midum order size like 3000, 5000, 10k, 20kpcs.

3. Printing is very nice, even better than digital printing.

4. Seal area will not burn.

5. Price will be cheaper than digital printing.

6. we can make different strucure, such as

compostable material: Kraft paper/PLA., Kraft paper /VMPLA/PLA, Kraft paper/NK/PLA ( you can add window).
Standard material: Kraft paper/PE, Kraft paper/VMPET/PE, Kraft paper/AL/PE, Kraft paper/PET/PE.

7. we can also make different types of pouch, such as stand up zipper pouch, flat bottom pouch, flat pouch.
