Description: Single material of flexible packaging mainly refers to a single polyolefin material, and the weight ratio of a single polypropylene (PP) or a single polyethylene (PE) material exceeds 90%. Barrier components such as SiOx, AlOx, aluminum plating, EVOH are allowed to contain up to 5% by weight.

We used PE/EVOH/PE to make this recyclable stand up pouch, since the PE has a tensile strength, it is not easily to tear, we normally add a laser score to help the pouch to tear smoothly.

We can print different designs by digital printing in same run without any plate cost, and it is suitable for small to middle size of order qty. We can finish in 7-10 days.
