1. Description:

The manufacturing of general products (or special double-material) injection molding benefits from the employment of a computerized and uniquely configured hydraulic system.
• The upper mold plate has two molds installed, and the disc has two lower molds installed. The disc rotates alternately at 180° during molding to finish the two-color (two-material) injection molding or overmolding.
• Highly effective disc with a cooling system for the bottom mold inside the center.
• Expansion-ready software and a unique multistation disc (i.e. two upper molds and four lower molds). To fully automate the operation of the machine and boost output, automatic embedding and removing devices can be placed as an option in the two lower modes.
