Description

Designed specifically for lithium battery R&D and pilot testing, the Lithium Battery Laboratory Mixer is a professional device that integrates efficient mixing, vacuum degassing, and precise temperature control. It can precisely process a variety of lithium battery-related materials, such as positive and negative electrode materials, conductive agents, and binders, ensuring high-quality mixing in a laboratory environment and providing a solid foundation for subsequent battery performance testing and optimization.

Features of the Lithium Battery Laboratory Mixer:
A1: High-Speed Shear Mixing: Operating at speeds of 3000-6000 rpm, specially designed impellers (such as turbine and paddle types) generate intense shear and convection, rapidly breaking up powder agglomerates and uniformly blending powders of varying particle sizes and densities in a short period of time, with a mixing uniformity deviation of <3%.

A2: Precise Speed and Time Control: Supporting multi-level speed adjustment, the stirring speed and mixing time can be set based on powder characteristics (such as flowability and particle size), preventing powder breakage or insufficient mixing due to over-mixing. Dust-proof design: Equipped with a sealed mixing chamber and a negative pressure dust collection device, this reduces powder dust during the feeding and mixing process, protecting operator health while also preventing material loss and cross-contamination.

A3:Material Adapted to Powders: Material contact parts are constructed of SUS316L stainless steel with a wear-resistant treatment to withstand powder friction while preventing the introduction of metallic impurities and ensuring powder purity.
