Single screw extruders are the most fundamental and widely used continuous mixing and extrusion equipment in the plastic processing industry. These machines can be used for PE pipe extrusion lines, PPR pipe production lines, PVC garden pipe machines, TPE profile extrusion lines, and plastic recycling machines.

Single screw extrusion is defined as a low-cost process used in the polymer industry. This machine is mainly composed of a transmission system, feeding system, extrusion system (screw, barrel), heating and cooling system, and control system. Through the rotation of the screw in the heating barrel, plastic raw materials are conveyed, compressed, melted, homogenized and measured. Finally, a stable and continuous melt is formed through the die head, providing a foundation for subsequent processes such as granulation, film blowing, filament drawing and extrusion.

1. Feed Zone: Solid particles or powder enter from the hopper and are conveyed forward and preheated by the deep screw grooves of the screw.
2. Compression Zone: As the depth of the screw groove gradually shallowens, the material is subjected to intense shearing and compression, and begins to melt under the combined effect of external heat and frictional heat.
3. Metering Zone: The screw channel is relatively shallow and constant, further homogenizing, stirring and metering the already molten material to ensure the uniformity of melt temperature, pressure and composition.
4. Exhaust Zone (Optional): If it is an exhaust type model, vacuum is applied here to remove moisture, air and volatile substances from the material.
5. Die Forming: The uniform melt is forced through the designed die to form the required shape (such as strips, sheets, tubes).

SJ-25mm: Can be used as a lab extruder in 3D filament extrusion lines, as a co-extruder in PVC window profile extrusion for rubber strip, and for making line strips in PVC pipe extrusion lines, HDPE pipe extrusion lines, and PPR pipe extrusion machines.

SJ-45mm: Can serve as a co-extrusion machine in WPC profile extrusion lines, roof tile extrusion lines, and plastic pipe extrusion lines. Also suitable for making small plastic pipes like PP, PPR, and PVC pipes.

SJ-75mm: Can be used to make soft PVC pipes, HDPE corrugated pipes, HDPE solid pipes, HDPE hollow wall pipes, and PPR pipes. Available in normal and high-speed configurations.
