150Kg/h Plastic Recycling PE PP Granulation Extruding Pelletizer Machine
Applications

This water-cooling single screw plastic pellet making machine is a single stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, suitable for recycling various plastic waste materials and making pellets from PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE film, and clean woven/nonwoven bag materials. The film can be pressed in the compressor before pelletizing.

Process Flow

Conveying feeding → Metal detector → Film Agglomerator → Degassing single screw extruder → Hydraulic filter → Mould head → Water ring cutting → Dewatering machine → Air dryer blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing.

  • Conveyor: Transports PP PE film or flakes into compactor
  • PE Film Agglomerator/Compactor: Crushes and compresses film, feeding compressed film into extruder for high and stable production capacity
  • Extruding System: Plasticizes material and exhausts gas
  • High-speed Net Exchanging System and Die-head: Filters material impurities for stable production
  • Water Ring Pelletizing Machine: Cuts pellets in water
  • Water Tank: Cools pellets
  • Dewater Machine: Dries pellets
  • Vibration Sieve: Removes bad pellets and keeps good pellets
