Product description

BEISU Machinery could supply complete set UPVC PVC profile extrusion machines for producing UPVC PVC Window profile, door frame, PVC wall panel, door panel PVC hollow board & 700-1000mm PVC WPC door board, windowsill, fence, ceiling, gutter, etc, as well as wood plastic composite ( WPC) decking profile production lines.

To produce PVC profile, you shall have high speed mixer to mix PVC powder, CACO3 and other additives according to your formula. Then feed the mixture to the conical twin screw extruder for the production. The mixed material will be extruded through different molds to produce different shape profiles. Then it will be calibrated to keep the shape by vacuum calibration tank, then haul off and cutting. You could cut different length as you want, 4 meter, 6 meter, etc.

Plastic profile extrusion machine application

The Plastic Profile Extrusion Machine can produce a wide range of plastic profile products, including:

  • Building materials like PVC window frames, door frames, wall corners, floors, ceilings, partition boards, etc.
  • Packaging materials such as PE/PP pipes, sheets, films, nets, containers, buckets, boxes, etc.
  • Consumer goods like ABS/PS/LDPE car interiors, household appliance shells, toys, stationery, shoe materials, mats, etc.
  • PVC/PE drainage pipes, cables conduits, and other pipeline materials.
  • PVC/PE irrigation pipes, sewage pipes, and other agricultural and environmental protection materials.

Since the plastic profile extrusion machine has adjustable molds and extruders, it can customize various shapes of plastic profile products according to customer requirements, which is relatively flexible.

Machine features

A1·Conical Twin Screw Extruder
The screws are specifically designed and manufactured for the processing of dry pvc powder blend. Our conical twin screw extruder design cater to the raw materials feature ensuring homogeneous mixture, better plastification and conveying efficiency. The permanent magnet synchronous motor provide high energy efficiency for the extruder. Equipped with PLC control system, it realized controlling the whole production line in the one site.

A2·Plate Mould
We offer double Strand mould for the PVC trunking production line. By this way, the productivity will be highly improved. The optimized channel design ensures high flow performance. The advanced plate mould produced the profile with high precision.

A3·Calibration table
The calibration table has stable steel frame and the whole body material is SUS 304 stainless steel. We have multi-dimension position adjustment system. With precious layout of water pumps and vacuum calibrator, the PVC profile will be rapidly shaping and cooling. Enough length of the calibration table ensures the shaping of the PVC profile

A4·Haul-off & Cutter Combination
The force distribution along each pillars has sufficient hauling force. We offer good-quality rubber for the haul-off machine. The pneumatic pressure is conducive to the easy adjustment and product protection. Two kinds of cutting way including swarfless and saw cutting are available for customization.
