Application of Laboratory Mixing Machine:

SHR laboratory mixer is widely used for mixing, drying and coloring various resins and chemical additives such as PVC, PP, PE, CaCO3 and so on.

The SHR laboratory mixer can be used in conjunction with a cooler. The materials from the hot mixer will be automatically filled into the cooling mixer to eliminate moisture and prevent caking.

SHR Series mixers adopt advanced design and can be operated easily.It can work very stable with high efficiency,low energy consumption and low noise.
A1: High speed mixing motor inverter started;
A2: High speed parts 3 methods temperature increasing: material self-friction/electric heating/conduction oil heating;
A3: Material discharge 2 methods: temperature controller automatic release/mixing time control;
A4: The parts contact with raw material are all made of stainless steel 304 and mirror polishing treatment;
A5: The barrel covers and three direct links made of cast aluminum;
A6: The bearing chambers with special designs for the lubricating oil injection;
