Application:


Cryogenic pulverizer machine is used for various materials which can't be shattered in room temperature, For example: nylon, polyester, polypropylene and polyethylene, thermoplastic elastomer TPU, TPEE, PA,copolymerization of nylon, polyester,Polytetrafluoroethylene,EVA, food industry (chili powder), Chinese herb and so on.

Features:

  • The pulverized powder size can reach to 700 mesh.
  • In the process of pulverizing, a closed loop system is formed by cold source, which makes full use of energy and energy saving.
  • Using liquid nitrogen as medium achieves realize the function of ultra-low temperature pulverizing, avoid the explosion and oxidation.
  • The cold medium temperature can be adjusted according to the brittleness point of materials, and it can be cooled to -196℃ at most.
