Our interlocking cleanroom panel system creates an airtight, washable envelope that defines the clean zone. Available in 50mm and 60mm thicknesses with rockwool or PU core, each panel is factory-cut to your precise layout, complete with door openings, pass-throughs, and sealed windows. The highly durable anti-static and anti-bacterial surface withstands daily VHP and IPA wiping without degradation. Aligned to EU GMP Annex 1 requirements for cleanability, this system eliminates ledges, exposed fasteners, and silicone joints that can harbor contamination.

Wall and ceiling surfaces are the largest area inside any cleanroom, yet they’re often treated as an afterthought. Contaminated surfaces constantly shed particles; one poorly sealed joint can destroy the entire cleanroom’s pressurization scheme. Standard sandwich panels may delaminate under repeated H2O2 fogging, and cheap PVC coving cracks, becoming a microbial reservoir. If your quality audit finds peeling coatings, rust spots on cut edges, or floor-channel seal failures, you will receive a major observation and possible shutdown. The surface envelope must not only look clean — it must be proven cleanable and withstand a documented disinfection cycle log.

We supply a fully integrated envelope system. The panel core is rockwool (A1 fire-rated) or PIR, with a 0.5mm hot-dip galvanized steel face coated in a 25-micron anti-static polyester finish. Edges are interlocking and factory-sealed with co-extruded PVC gaskets, forming a flush, tool-hiding joint. All corners use injection-molded nylon R-coves with a 50mm radius, eliminating sharp 90° angles where dirt collects. Ceiling panels are walkable up to 1.5 kN/m² point load and accept integrated HEPA housings with gel-seal knife-edges. This seamless integration means you never apply a bead of silicone on-site.

Each panel uses a concealed double-eccentric lock; a hex key rotates the cam, pulling panels together with 0.5mm accuracy. The integrated gasket compresses uniformly to achieve a 0.01 μm-tight seal. Wall-floor junction: a U-shaped base channel is anchored to the epoxy floor; the panel sits inside and is capped with a snap-on cove profile. The ceiling grid suspends from the slab, and gel-seal HEPA housings dock into ceiling panels. This tool-less ceiling design allows filter replacement from above without entering the cleanroom.

Define the required fire rating first: rockwool for A2, PIR for budget but B-s2. Choose surface coating based on disinfection — VPHP requires polyester, not PVC. Evaluate door frequency: high-traffic corridors need 1,200mm wide sliding doors with motion sensors. Confirm ceiling load if you intend to service HEPA filters from above. We recommend a free site survey; we measure floor flatness and slab irregularities to tailor base channel shimming and avoid gaps during assembly.
