Description

Strengthening Brass With Solid Lubricant Casting Bronze Thrust Washer

OILES 500# Thrust Washer is backed with strengthening brass that has good physical performance and good capability for casting.

OILES 500# Thrust Washer is widely used on consecutive casting and rolling machines, mine-exploiting equipment, ships, steam engine, etc.

By made mid-sized holes in order and then insert the solid lubricant into the holes in the bronze bushing to apply the bushings under oil-free conditions.

What’s more, the brass backing has pretty good anti-erosion ability in air, fresh water and seawater. The surface is regularly and finely machined with sockets in which particular solid lubricant is filled.

OILES 500# Thrust Washer can be used with rotary, reciprocating shaking motion and movement.
