3, Working principle

1. Initial state (electromagnetic power-off): The valve core remains in the neutral position under the action of the reset spring, and the connection mode of the oil port is determined by its slide valve function (such as O-type, H-type, etc.).
2. Action state (electromagnetic iron energized): When the electromagnet on one side (such as the left side) is energized, it will generate electromagnetic force, pushing the valve core to move to the right and compressing the spring on the other side.
3. Oil circuit switching: The movement of the valve core changes the connection method of the oil passage in the valve body. For example, changing from the neutral position of "P, T, A, B are not connected to each other" in the O-type function to "P port is connected to A port, B port is connected to T port", thus driving the oil cylinder to extend.
4. Reset: When the electromagnet is powered off, the spring force pushes the valve core back to the neutral position.
5. Manual emergency operation: Many models are equipped with manual push rods, which can be used to push the valve core to change direction with tools in case of power failure or no power, for system debugging or emergency situations.
