Particle collector, slag collector Overview:

The pellet collector is also called the slag collector. For the blowing of the steam system of the reheating engine, it is an indispensable work to prevent the turbine blades from being damaged by the debris in the steam system and the rust produced in the pipeline during manufacturing, transportation, storage and construction, which affects the safety and economic operation of the machine.

The blowing of steam system is usually carried out in stages, in order to prevent the dirt in the superheater system from blowing into the reheater, blowing the superheater system. After the superheater system is blown and qualified, the superheater system is connected with the reheater system when the furnace is stopped, and then the superheater and the reheater system are blown in series. According to the requirements of the Technical Code for Electric Power Construction and Acceptance, steam flushing pipe must be required at the machine start-up to ensure the safe operation of the turbine equipment. After the temporary blowpipe control door is installed, the pellet collector and slag collector are installed, and the industrial garbage in the pipeline is discharged from the sewage part, so that the industrial garbage can be avoided into the phase relationship flow.
