The average annual wear loss is only 0.58mm, greatly reducing pipeline replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
- Full-Spectrum Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Complete saturated molecular structure without active chemical groups, resistant to strong acid, strong alkali, salt water, organic solvent, mine wastewater and various corrosive media. No rust, no oxidation, no chemical reaction forever, completely solving metal pipe corrosion failure problems.
- Unmatched Low-Temperature Impact Toughness: Maintains super high impact strength even at ultra-low temperature of -196℃, no brittle fracture, no cracking under strong external impact and internal slurry instantaneous impact. It ranks top among all existing engineering plastic pipes in low-temperature impact performance.
- Intrinsic Self-Lubricating & Anti-Scaling Inner Wall: Ultra-low friction coefficient (0.07-0.11), far lower than steel pipe and HDPE pipe. The smooth inner wall prevents material adhesion, avoids pipeline scaling and blockage, and keeps stable conveying flow for long-term operation.
- Lightweight & Easy On-Site Installation: Only 1/8 weight of carbon steel pipe, no large-scale heavy hoisting equipment required for construction. Supports hot melt butt welding, flange connection, quick coupling connection, flexible construction adapting to complex outdoor terrain.
- Aging Resistance & Long Service Life: Added anti-UV and anti-aging masterbatch, resistant to outdoor sunlight exposure and atmospheric aging. Normal service life reaches 15-20 years under conventional working conditions, 3 times longer than ordinary steel pipelines.
