LVT Composite floor Extrusion Line

Description:

The LVT soft composite floor production line extrudes the floor substrate by the extruder, and then through a set of six-roll laminating machine, the substrate and the printing layer, the wear layer and the anti-slip layer are simultaneously composited, and the tension is released by tension, and the wear layer is worn. The precise control of preheating achieves the effects of no wrinkling, no shrinkage, no deformation during unwinding, high efficiency of extrusion composite production, and stable product quality.
