Description:

PE insulation pipe is also called PE outer protection pipe, jacket pipe, sleeve pipe. The direct buried polyurethane insulation pipe is made of HDPE insulation pipe as the outer protective layer, the middle filled polyurethane rigid foam is used as the insulation material layer, and the inner layer is steel pipe. Polyurethane direct buried insulation pipe has good mechanical properties and thermal insulation performance. Under normal circumstances, it can withstand high temperature of 120-180 °C, and is suitable for various cold and hot water high and low temperature pipeline insulation projects. The insulation pipe production line is designed with a special PE insulation pipe mold, the extrusion pressure is stable, and the thickness of the thin-walled pipe is uniform. The extrusion speed is fast, the output of the blown type is greatly improved, the surface is brighter, and the operation automation is high.

• The high output of polyolefin material and the high quality of pipe are obtained by the combination of spiral slotted feeding barrel and BM barrier mixed structure screw with 38 L/D ratio. Hard alloy coated screw and bimetallic barrel can ensure high efficiency operation for long time ;
• High torque precise gearbox and AC frequency conversion or permanent magnetic servo motor can ensure high output and low energy consumption in long run ;
• Optimized high speed mold ,wet calibrator can ensure high quality pipe in high speed production ;
• The unique frequency conversion vacuum automatic control device perfectly solves the noise and realize of energy saving and accurate pipe size;
• The haul off unit equipped with servo motor ensures wide traction range, high precision synchronous operation and it adopts digital communication interface with extruder ;

• PE insulation pipe is also called PE outer protection pipe. This pipe is composed of a high-density polyethylene outer protective layer, a polyurethane rigid foam plastic insulation material and a steel pipe. The insulation layer material is a rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 60kg/m3 to 80kg/m3, which fully fills the gap between the steel pipe and the casing, and has a certain bonding strength degree to form a solid whole between the steel pipe, the outer casing and the insulation layer.
• Polyurethane direct-buried insulation pipe foam has good mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties. It can withstand high temperature 120 °C and can withstand high temperature of 180 °C by modification or combination with other insulation materials , suitable for various cold and hot water, or high and low temperature pipeline insulation projects.
