Single Screw Extruder SJ-120/33 (3 sets)
Screw structure: Spiral barrier type screw with mixing section, which greatly improves the plasticizing quality and output; especially suitable for high-efficiency extrusion of materials such as PEPP, and has a wide range of material adaptability;
Barrel structure: Segmented, asymmetrical slotting barrel design, the feed inlet has a water cooling system with automatic temperature control, which greatly improves the conveying efficiency of the feeding section;
Gearbox: The gearbox adopts a vertical structure, the cooling method is forced circulating oil cooling, with a circulating water cooling system. High torque, low noise, hard-tooth surface gear, gear grinding process, heavy-duty thrust bearing;
Automatic feeder, dryer: Automatic feeder inductive design, with material shortage alarm function. The dryer adopts an integrated design of drying and storage, automatic temperature control and intelligent display with all stainless steel lining;
Temperature control: Imported PLC control system, dual PID parameter temperature control, temperature control accuracy ±1℃;
