Highlight: Stainless Steel Wafer Pneumatic Butterfly Valve
Product introduction:
In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disk-shaped butterfly disc rotates around the axis at an angle between 0° and 90°. When rotated to 90°, the valve is fully open. It is connected between two pipeline flanges by double-ended bolts, featuring a simple structure, small size, light weight, and composed of only a few components. Moreover, it can be quickly opened or closed with a 90° rotation for easy operation, while the electric lug butterfly valve has excellent fluid control characteristics. When the butterfly valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly disc is the only resistance for the medium flowing through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by this lug-type electric butterfly valve is very small, thus having good flow control characteristics.Butterfly valves have two sealing types: elastic seal and metal seal. For elastic seal valves, the sealing ring can be inlaid on the valve body or attached to the periphery of the butterfly disc. They are widely used not only in general industries such as petroleum, gas, chemical, and water treatment but also in the cooling water systems of thermal power stations.

Product features:
-
The pneumatic butterfly valve adopts a centerline structure with a sealing function that tightens as it closes, ensuring reliable sealing performance.
-
The sealing pair is made of stainless steel and NBR oil-resistant rubber, guaranteeing a long service life.
-
The rubber sealing ring can be positioned on either the valve body or the butterfly disc, adapting to media with different characteristics for user selection.
-
The butterfly disc features a frame structure, offering high strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.
-
The overall enamel coating effectively prevents corrosion. By simply replacing the sealing seat material, the valve can be used for different media.
-
The wafer pneumatic butterfly valve has a bidirectional sealing function, allowing installation in any direction without restrictions from media flow direction or spatial position.
-
The soft-sealed pneumatic butterfly valve boasts a unique structure, ensuring flexible, labor-saving, and convenient operation.
