Highlight: Two-piece manual spur gear internal thread ball valve
Product introduction:
The structure of a two-piece internal thread ball valve is mainly composed of components such as the valve body, valve ball,
valve stem, and valve seat. Among them, the valve body is composed of two hemispheres, connected by threads in the middle.
The valve ball is spherical and can rotate within the valve body to achieve on/off control. The valve stem is a component that
connects the valve ball and the handle, controlling the opening and closing of the valve ball through the rotation of the handle.
The valve seat is a sealing gasket for the valve ball, which ensures the sealing performance of the valve.

Product features:
1. Small fluid resistance, with a resistance coefficient equivalent to that of a pipe section of the same length.
2. Simple structure, small volume, and light weight.
3. Tight and reliable. Currently, plastic is widely used as the sealing surface material for ball valves, offering good sealing
performance, and it has also been widely applied in vacuum systems.
4. Easy to operate and quick to open/close, requiring only a 90° rotation from fully open to fully closed, facilitating remote
control.
5. Convenient for maintenance. Ball valves have a simple structure, and the sealing rings are generally removable, making
disassembly and replacement relatively easy.
