1. In terms of structure, globe valve is simpler than gate valve. 4. The globe valve only allows one-way flow of media, directional installation, the length of the globe valve structure is greater than the gate valve.

5. The opening and closing torque of globe valve is large and it is difficult to realize fast opening and closing. Moreover, the flow passage in the valve is tortuous and the fluid flow resistance is large, resulting in a large loss of fluid power in the pipeline.
