This Continuous PU Foaming Insulation Pipe Jacket Extruder is a fully automated production line designed for manufacturing polyurethane (PU) insulated plastic pipes. It is suitable for producing insulation pipes with diameters ranging from 48mm to 630mm, commonly used in heating systems, oil pipelines, and other thermal insulation applications.

The machine integrates multiple processes into one continuous production line, including outer protective pipe extrusion, epoxy coating, adhesive application, PE jacketing, and PU foaming, ensuring high efficiency and consistent product quality.
