HDPE pipe extruding line is mainly composed of single screw extruder, die-head, vacuum forming tank, spray cooling tank, haul-off device, cutting device, and pneumatic discharging frame.

1. Single Screw Extruder
Composed of AC motor, reduction gearbox, extrusion system, heating/cooling system, and electrical control. AC motor drives the screw via V-belt, providing stable rotation for processing various plastics.

2. Die Head
Includes mandrel, neck mold, spiral body, cover, die-body, bolts, and heating rings. Polished and chrome-plated surfaces ensure smooth plastic flow and rust resistance. Wall thickness uniformity is adjustable, and the copper calibrating sleeve cools and sizes the pipe.

3. Vacuum Forming Tank
Stainless steel tank with frame, vacuum system, spray cooling, and mobile device. Vacuum presses the fresh pipe against the copper sleeve for precise sizing, while spray nozzles cool the pipe uniformly.

4. Water Cooling Tank
Frame and stainless steel tank with spray cooling system for further cooling and shaping of the pipe.

5. Haul-off Machine
AC motor-driven with frequency-controlled speed for different extrusion rates. Equipped with clamping system and automatic length measuring for precise cutting.

6. No-Dust Cutter
Blade punching design ensures clean cutting. Includes cutting device, clamping system, synchronized moving structure, and frame.

7. Discharging Frame
Stainless steel table with pneumatic overturn function for automatic unloading.
