Huashida Electrofusion Tape & Sleeves is a type of heat shrink anti-corrosion material designed for anti-corrosion and insulation joint repair of buried steel pipelines, and can also be used for sealing and anti-corrosion of pipeline flange connections. It is composed of radiation cross-linked polyolefin substrate and special sealing hot melt adhesive. The special sealing hot melt adhesive can form good adhesion with polyolefin substrate, steel pipe surface, and solid epoxy coating. When the heat shrink sleeve is heated and installed, the substrate shrinks radially, while the internal composite adhesive layer melts and tightly wraps around the joint, forming a strong anti-corrosion body outside the pipeline together with the substrate. It has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and good resistance to ultraviolet radiation and photoaging.
